Meet the New Mayor
A legitimate resident of Tagudin, a decendant of the late and Honorable Judge
Roque Manzano Verzosa, Sr. and Ms. Aurora
 Supnet, he finished his primary and
secondary education at Saint Augustine’s School of this Municipality, he was
reared to be a GOD – loving son.
While he came from a well-known family, he had been through trials in life.
Since childhood, he had treasured the virtue of “HONESTY” most. This had been
the legacy on how he has attained his present stature and status today.
What are the character traits and tendencies of MAYOR ROQUE S. VERZOSA, JR.?
1. A true son, brother and a father to his family and to the Municipality of
Tagudin. He abhors dishonesty in friendship and in words.
2. The Hon. Mayor is a “Man With a Word of Honor”. He honors all his promises
but let us also bear with him as he needs sometime to schedule for the securing
and releasing of all requests.
3. The Mayor does not want to be dictated upon, but he values and listens to
suggestions and recommendations.
4. He values information given to him for as long as it speaks of the truth. If
what you inform him is other than the truth, it is better not to talk at all.
5. The Mayor is very inquisitive – especially with problems brought before him.
He inquires and listens to all kinds of people – whether a beggar or a learned
person.
6. The kind of service he renders is PERSONAL. He does not want to delay or put
off services rendered especially to the less fortunate and to those coming from
far places.
7. Discipline, industry and determination are his shield in everything he does.
He does not easily give up or rest until he finishes all that needs to be done.
8. The mayor is a true friend and companion. He does not leave you in times of
need. Once the Mayor assigns you a task, do it immediately and provide feedback
ASAP. Do not wait for further follow-up.
It is quite easy to get along with our beloved Mayor. I am hoping that with
these revelations, it would be easier for us to follow the road leading to the
heart of Mayor Roque S. Verzosa, Jr.
