MISSION
In the pursuit of our vision, we commit ourselves to: enhance an environment of self-reliance that would increase opportunities for education, health care, tourism, trade, agriculture and livelihood developments especially for the marginalized and disadvantaged sectors;  promote pro-active people’s participation in all development endeavors; improve service oriented and gender sensitive governance that responds to the needs of the citizenry;  and to promote peace, equality and justice for all.
